No Appointment is Necessary!
Patients should check the Medemerge website for the physician schedule or call the office directly to confirm Dr. Pilla, Dr. Sharon, Dr. Popeck, Dr. Carrieri, or Dr. Ahmed’s schedules. Immigration medical exams can only be done by these physicians.
The patient is responsible for obtaining the I-693 Immigration forms which can be found at www.uscis.gov. These forms are required for the visit. Patients should complete their portion of the forms before their visit.
The patient needs an active photo ID–driver’s license, passport.
The patient needs to bring any vaccine records with them to the visit.
Immigration Medical Examinations starting at $360 this includes a physical exam, blood and urine screenings, Tuberculosis testing, and Flu shot. Payment by cash or credit card at time of service.
